With Networkapp, you handle all those questions digitally before they cause any stress. You decide how the app is set up

Networkapp operates with an intuitive dashboard where everything comes together: the program with speakers, the attendee list (uploaded manually via Excel or automatically linked to your registration system), and your event’s branding. Visitors won’t see a generic tool, but an app featuring your recognizable logo, colors, and name.

How is that app populated? That is entirely up to you:

  • Do it yourself: You easily set up the dashboard yourself. You follow a roadmap, receive tips along the way, and can consult help articles whenever you get stuck. Plus, our support team is always just a click away to answer questions during setup and to provide support to attendees (including a free intake and event check).
  • Let us do it: Short on time or hands? For an additional fee, we will take over the entire setup from A to Z and act as your strategic partner. You provide the content based on a clear checklist and schedule, and we build the perfect event app for you.

Whichever route you choose: changes can always be made in real time. Even when the conference is already in full swing. A speaker cancellation, a room change, or a session running late? Make the adjustment, and every attendee will see it instantly on their screen. And if you suddenly welcome more attendees or prefer a different package, you can easily upgrade without any hassle, keeping all your data intact.

You remain in charge

A successful event requires a clear overview, not only on the day of the event but also in the lead-up to it. Networkapp provides you, the organizer, with a dashboard from which you can manage, adjust, and monitor everything. It’s not a system you have to learn to think like, but one that adapts to the way you work.

You choose which features to use and which package fits the scale of your event. Want to start small and expand later? You can do that without losing any data. More participants than expected? Scale up with a single click.

Do you need to ensure your team is properly assigned on the day of the event? With the Team Planner, you can set up your schedule directly in the app. Who’s where, when, and what they’re doing, all clearly laid out for everyone on your organizing team, without separate Excel files or WhatsApp messages.

Attendees know exactly what to expect

Attendees receive a personalized invitation with direct access to the app. They can view the full program, build their own agenda, receive push notifications for any changes, and already start networking with other participants. During the event, your attendees are easily guided through their personal schedule and appointments, know exactly where to go thanks to clear floor plans, and find practical information without ever having to call you. Afterwards, the connections they made are saved in the app, and you can still gather feedback via a survey—GDPR-compliant, secure, and entirely hands-off for you.

Maximum value for your speakers

Speakers want to focus on their story, not the logistics. Within the app, they can see at a glance where they need to be and which attendees are joining their session. Are scientific or medical abstracts being presented? Then this hard work is given a clear, prominent place in the app.

Want to take the sessions to the next level? Let attendees share their expectations beforehand through polls, or use live voting for real-time interaction during the presentation. Additionally, interested participants can schedule an appointment directly through the speaker’s profile. This way, speakers get maximum results from their contribution, without any added administrative burden for you.

Measurable leads for your sponsors

A logo in the footer is no longer a sponsor deal. Networkapp gives sponsors their own page, a profile page linked to your sponsor or exhibitor lists, and the ability to schedule appointments directly with representatives—just like you would with other attendees. Want to go a step further and create a revenue model? Then you can deploy the Lead Scan feature, which gives exhibitors permission to use the very same app to scan attendees for detailed contact information and note down follow-up actions (add-on module). After the event, sponsors download an overview of their contact moments themselves. This saves you time, allows you as an organizer to deliver a measurable sponsor package, and gives you a proven value proposition to upsell for the next edition.
