Because everyone completed a few targeted questions at the start (profile enrichment), you can filter very precisely here by specific expertise, target groups, or interests to instantly find the right match.

The Network Carousel is an online speed dating session. As soon as this part of the program starts and you join, the platform automatically connects you to another participant via a live video link. You get a limited number of minutes to introduce yourselves. Once the time is up, the next round starts and you are automatically connected to a new conversation partner.

No, Networkapp never shares your private details with third parties. Other participants only see the information you have filled in yourself on your public profile (such as your name, organization, job title, and bio). Connecting and chatting happens securely within the app, without you having to reveal your personal contact details.

In the app, go to the ‘Program’ or ‘Schedule’ menu item. Here you will see all sessions, times, and rooms. At most events, you can add sessions to your favorites (usually with a star or plus icon) to create your own schedule for the day.

Only if the moderator invites you to do so. Initially, you watch the Talkshow as a viewer via the livestream. If you ask an interesting question in the chat, the moderator may decide to invite you virtually ‘to the table’. A notification will then appear on your screen asking you to share your camera and microphone, after which you will immediately join the live broadcast.

You will receive an activation email from the organization with a unique link or code. Click the link or enter the code to gain instant access to the event. Don’t have the app yet? First, download Networkapp from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

First, check your spam or junk folder. Still can’t find the email? Please contact the event organization; they can manually resend your activation email.

Yes, absolutely! In addition to the mobile app, a web version is also available. In the invitation email, you will find the link to the desktop environment, so you can also follow the event on a large screen.

Yes. On the day of your event, direct support is available via our support desk for participants and clients, as well as by phone for urgent questions. We know what it is like right before and during a conference, and we are there when you need us.

Yes. All participant data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Servers are located in Europe and data is never shared with third parties. A data processing agreement is available as standard. Read more about our privacy and security here.

Networkapp is ISO 27001 certified, with an annual external audit. In addition, Arvodi 2018 and Arbit 2022 apply to all services. All documents are available upon request.

Your data remains available in the dashboard. Afterward, you will have access to reports and user statistics for up to 8 weeks after the event. After that, the data is deleted in compliance with GDPR. Data is never shared with third parties, and you decide yourself how long you want to keep it. The setup of your event will be preserved, however. This is very convenient if you want to make a copy for a future event later on.

Yes. Participants manage their own visibility within the app. They determine which information other participants can see and whether they want to be found via the search function.

No. Networkapp integrates with what you already use. Swoogo remains your registration system, and aanmelder.nl remains your registration tool. Or do you use a different tool? That is completely fine too, we are easy to integrate.

Yes. The app can be configured to be fully multilingual. Participants can choose their own language preference. All facilitating texts and buttons will then be available in German, French, Spanish, Dutch, or English. Is your language not listed? No problem, if you organize multiple events through us, we can adjust the default language.

Most event organizers set up the app themselves via the dashboard. Iris helps you get started and is available if you get stuck. You don’t need any technical knowledge. Included in the price is a free intake and an event check before going live.

That depends on the complexity of your event. A simple app with a program and attendee list can be set up within half a day. For more complex events with integrations and multiple session structures, it is useful to schedule an onboarding session with Iris first.

Yes. We adjust the logo, colors, and name. Your community will appear in the app stores under the Networkapp banner.
