This document applies to the use of the website, the use of the Networkapp, every transaction and agreement.
Netwerkapp / Networkapp is a trade name of Inscene Company BV.
Arranged Meetings With the Networkapp, hereinafter referred to as “the app”, you will no longer miss each other. In our app we ask you to register your name, email address and name of your organisation and to give permission for the use of your personal data for the purpose of the app.
Purpose of use Networkapp processes the data of its customers and users only for the purpose of facilitating the use of the app, allowing you to use the app and to be able to provide you with other offers of services from Networkapp or third parties. You will receive an invitation to register via the organisation of the event or the community. The organiser of the event can ask additional questions via the app. You can also ask questions and select answers from other participants in the event. Networkapp uses this information and your name to put you in touch with other participants and users of the Networkapp.
Security Networkapp takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you are responsible for the security of your own (mobile) device.

Sharing with third parties Networkapp stores your name and contact details for the duration of the event, the community and for future events. After the event Networkapp can still ask you about your experiences with the app. Your contact details are not provided to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is stored within the app on your mobile, and this data is accessible on your own device. In addition, data is stored in the backend of Networkapp and on other devices where you log in.
With the installed app and data included in it, you can later register for new events that use the Networkapp.
Networkapp shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement or to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
Networkapp remains responsible for these processing operations. In addition, Networkapp will only provide your personal data with your explicit consent to other third parties.

How long we store data Networkapp will not store your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data is collected, unless we are legally obliged to keep this for a longer period.
Access to, correction or removal of data You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Your profile in Networkapp is always the latest version. You can delete or modify this information yourself. You can also always send a request for access, correction or deletion of information or your account to email@example.com. Networkapp will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but at least within four weeks.
