Projectmanager
What will you be doing?
As a project manager, you will ensure that our clients (event organizers and community managers) effortlessly find their way around Networkapp. Our goal? Clients who are in the driver’s seat and confidently set up their own events and communities. You are their guide, coach, and safety net. If they get stuck, you are ready with the right solution. Do you notice things in the app during your work that could be more user-friendly, smarter, or simply better? Be sure to let us know, because we will use your ideas directly to make our platform even stronger.
Who are you?
You are service-oriented, patient, and get a kick out of helping a client independently launch a successful event. You have a sharp eye for detail: if something in the app can be made more logical or improved, you bring it up right away.
- You have at least 2 to 4 years of experience in a role such as Customer Success Manager, Support Specialist, or Project Manager (experience in SaaS or the event industry is a big plus).
- You have excellent communication skills, are a great listener, and speak/write fluently in both Dutch and English.
- You stay calm and structured, even when multiple questions come in at once right before a major event.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and love to share your own fresh ideas for product optimization.
