Nevi is the knowledge network for purchasing, contract and supply management. They recently used the Networkapp platform for the three-day Contract Management Festival 2020. “The festival was initially planned for March, but due to the corona virus, it could not take place. Initially we wanted to move the live event to a date after the summer holidays, but when the measures were still in effect, we started looking for other possibilities, ”says Harold Kip of Nevi, who decided to partner with Networkapp. “We had good contact with the Networkapp team from the start. I enjoyed discussing our wishes by telephone and immediately had a good feeling about the organization. The next meeting took place at my own kitchen table. ”
Online festival
About 265 people eventually took part in the festival. “We received 30 people live on site and 235 people online via Networkapp.” The organization had not quite expected that. “People often come to meetings to meet and network, the keynotes and presentations are a bonus. We were happy that so many people were able to follow the event, ”said Harold. And that was very easy. “I had every confidence in the possibilities of Networkapp even before we started the festival. Questions we had prior to the event dates were answered adequately, quickly and professionally. ” Nevi has used almost all the functionalities of Networkapp, such as streaming of presentations, virtual meeting rooms, the matchmaking tool and network square where participants can meet each other.
The feedback from participants at home was also positive. “We received very few questions and we were able to answer the questions we did receive immediately. The technology works as it should, Networkapp looks great and is easy to use, ”says an enthusiastic Harold Kip. “Should the situation arise, we will certainly use Networkapp more often.”
