Online events for the Spanish tourism sector

The Spanish Tourist Board recently organized two different online events for the tourism sector in the Netherlands. They used the Networkapp event platform to facilitate these events.
“The events consisted of a presentation and meetings between promoters from Spanish cities and Dutch tourism professionals,” says Ignacio Valle Muñoz, director of the Spanish Tourist Board.

Both events welcomed around 60 guests. “We decided to use Networkapp after we had a positive experience at an online press workshop where we were guests ourselves,” explains Ignacio. And this time too, the use of the platform was well appreciated. “Both by us and by the participants. Some of the Spanish guests even commented that Networkapp was the best platform compared to everyone else they’ve used at similar events.”

Due to the corona measures, the events took place completely online, to convey the Spanish holiday atmosphere, the Tourist Office used different ‘living rooms’. “These were decorated in a Spanish atmosphere.”

“We will definitely use Networkapp again,” said Ignacio. He hopes that the platform will continue to grow and that it will continue to offer new functionalities and options. “I will definitely recommend the platform to others. Networkapp is simple to use, it works very intuitively. In addition, there is a great support team where you can go with all your questions.”
