Our solution
Set a good example. If you want the audience to be actively involved, make sure that the speakers and organisers are active on Networkapp beforehand. Have them place relevant messages about the subject matter in advance. During a presentation, you can actively invite people to keep doing this. During the ECOMM conference, questions were selected by a moderator and immediately discussed in a plenary session led by the chair of the day, Erik Peekel. Questions that could not be handled in the session due to lack of time were answered afterwards by the experts themselves.

"We want to mobilise people, have great, interactive presentations, make use of all the available know-how and get people involved. But how can we create that dynamic atmosphere?"
